The service
Routine helps you track recurring services and request appointments with participating businesses. Routine is a scheduling assistant — the service itself is delivered by the business you book with.
Bookings and confirmations
A requested time is not confirmed until the business accepts it, unless the business has enabled instant booking. Routine shows the current status of every appointment and notifies you when it changes.
Cancellations, deposits and no-shows
Each business sets its own cancellation window, deposit and no-show policy. These are shown before you confirm. Deposits are collected by the business through our payment processor and refunded according to that business's policy.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. If you downgrade below your active routine count, extra routines are paused rather than deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not use Routine to spam businesses, hold slots you do not intend to use, or scrape provider data. Repeated no-shows may limit your ability to request bookings.
Liability
Routine is not responsible for the quality, timing or outcome of services delivered by a business, and we do not guarantee that a suitable appointment time will always be available.
